Info from the Project Documents
The UIC Innovation Center, located on the University of Illinois Chicago campus, was originally constructed in 2010 as a multidisciplinary hub supporting programs in engineering, design, health sciences, and technology.

The current facility is a two-story building with laboratories, classrooms, and collaboration spaces. The expansion will add new office space and open work areas.

As part of this expansion, the work includes mechanical HVAC piping in the expanded areas and minor renovations to the existing facility.
