Leadership Development.

Our entire team participates in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). EOS is a methodology that has empowered our Leadership Team to set our direction and expectations. Through this process, we established our company vision, enabled a process to get everyone on the same page, and now have tools to ensure traction and accountability to execute on our vision. The result has contributed to our ability to have a cohesive and functional team that in turn translates to customer success.

My role on the leadership team has given me a voice in the decision-making process that I am able to extend to all of my direct reports. This process of sharing our thoughts on the company has become a system of trust and integrity that keeps everyone on the Autumn team focused in the same direction. Our individual goals are all in service to our company goals. This time we spend working on the business has given us increased accountability, profit, and customer satisfaction.
— Ryan Kosman, Construction Services Manager

Professional Development.

No matter what your role is at Autumn, we embrace a culture of learning. We encourage our team to further their knowledge in a variety of ways. Learning opportunities range from classes at the local union, to software platforms, to classes via member associations, to on-the-job shadowing.

I consider everyday with Autumn a learning and teaching experience. Moving from the field where I worked as a pipefitter foreman to the office as an estimator, required me to transform real world pipefitter installation skill into estimating and bidding projects. Now as operations manager, I find that working on multiple projects with various customers presents its own set of challenges. I teach our pipefitter mechanics to be accountable for their work, and encourage them to embrace new technologies to keep our competitive edge. I take pride in the excellent safety record of our team and the quality of our work.
