Autumn Construction Services was awarded a $535,000 mechanical piping, HVAC, and plumbing subcontract for the buildout of a dental suite at UI Health’s Southwest Chicago Community Health Collaborative. Core Construction Services is serving as the prime general contractor.
Autumn’s scope of work includes demolition of existing mechanical systems in the space and installation of new HVAC, medical gas piping, and plumbing services to support the new dental suite. The suite will feature two fully functioning dental stations for general dentistry and related services.
All work will be completed while UI Health’s other medical services, including patient exam suites and radiology, remain fully operational and continue serving the community.
The project began in December 2025 and is expected to be operational in 2026. Autumn looks forward to a successful partnership with UI Health and Core Construction Services of Illinois.
