Autumn Construction Services was selected by F.H. Paschen to replace the CHW cooling system at the F.H. Paschen Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

The project included selective demolition of existing equipment, including a cooling tower, (2) chillers, and associated piping. New work included the installation of a Daikin air-cooled chiller and new chilled water system piping. Chilled water pumps, along with miscellaneous hydronic equipment and controls, were also replaced and updated in accordance with project requirements.

Autumn collaborated with the F.H. Paschen team and their engineering staff to enhance the efficiency of the chilled water system within the facility. This project demonstrates Autumn Construction Services’ experience with chilled water system replacements and mechanical upgrades within active facilities.

A strong working relationship from previous projects gave F.H. Paschen the confidence to select Autumn to lead the mechanical work on this project.
