Autumn Construction Services was selected to provide safety representation and on-site construction coordination and oversight for Meccon Industries on the Midway Airlines Terminal Consortium (MATCO) Fuel Farm Upgrades project located adjacent to Chicago Midway International Airport.
The project includes the construction of a single-story, commercial prefabricated metal building on a concrete foundation with a two-truck vehicle bay and an approximately 15’ x 30’ storage area. Scope also includes concrete parking area, driveway, curb and gutter, and underground storm drainage work, and interior MEP work.
Autumn is responsible for day-to-day field leadership for airport-landside construction, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Autumn will coordinate subcontractors, phasing/schedule of work, inspections, deliveries, site logistics and safety, and clearly communicating to subcontractors and the client.
