Holly Rainey Graduates from Loyola’s Next Generation Leadership Institute
Autumn Construction Services is proud to recognize Holly Rainey, Project Executive and a valued member of our leadership team, on her graduation from the Next Generation Leadership Institute at the Loyola Family Business Center.
Holly was part of the 2024–2026 cohort, joining a growing network of more than 200 graduates who are shaping the future of family-owned businesses. Over the course of the 18-month program, participants meet monthly to refine their leadership approach, build a long-term development plan, and strengthen their ability to lead with intention and accountability.
Holly shared about her experience in the program:
“The Next Generation Leadership Institute (NGLI) program at Loyola University Chicago, challenged me to become more intentional in how I lead, communicate, and respond under pressure. One of the biggest lessons I learned is that leadership is not about having all the answers. It’s about creating clarity, building strong people, and moving work forward with consistency and purpose. I’m grateful for the relationships, perspectives, and growth this experience brought me.”
- Holly Rainey
We’re proud to see Holly continue to grow as a leader and bring new perspective, insight, and energy to the future of Autumn Construction. Congratulations to Holly and the entire graduating class on this achievement.
