In 2005, Autumn expanded its construction project management capabilities with the addition of staff professionals with backgrounds in architectural, civil and structural disciplines. Autumn professional staff managed, and continue to manage programs and projects at two Chicago airports, as well as for the Illinois Tollway transportation systems.
In 2009, the firm expanded its services to include mechanical contracting and systems commissioning and sustainability services. In 2013, mechanical service was added. In 2017, service offerings expanded to include industrial refrigeration sales and service.
Over the years, Autumn has grown to a firm of 20 professional staff, and as many as 40 mechanical trades depending on project needs.
